About two weeks ago I kicked a wall in my sleep and injured my toe. I am visiting a doctor tommorow but would approaching to have some perception of what I did to it before I step. Its red-er than usuall, hurts when pressed, and is swelled up. Whats wrong with it?

I'm sorry!That's a terrible start to the latest year!! There is apparently a lot of middle-of-the-night wall kick'n because my husband did equal thing nearly two years ago. It was his little toe. I assumed they would only just tape the toes together, but he done up in a walking type for about 3 weeks. His toe be bent at a really bizarre angle though, so it was full-on broken, as defiant fractured. I've always hear that if you suspect a fracture, lightly thump the end of the toe or finger. If you find shooting pains up the hand or foot, you plausible have a fracture. I'm glad you are seeing a doctor though and not completely relying on direction over the Internet by non-professionals to diagnose a condition. Good Luck!!

I did impossible to tell apart thing several years ago and my toe be fractured. It hurt like a bugger and adjectives I could do was cartridge the toes together, elevate that foot and stay off of it as much as possible.

ICE surrounded by as of now, if you haven't already. Keep it elevated. and rest- try staying past its sell-by date of it.
And no they'll more then promising just wrap/tape it to the toe subsequent to it.
