Getting put money on into bodybuilding?


I had to stop training due to a lower vertebrae injury after making good progress and training for around five years.
The press is how long would it take me to obtain to the level and size previously attained through training once starting again.
I am a firmly belive in the "muscle memory therory"so hopefully not too long!
Also have anyone had a similar injury and taken a break in training for any lengh of time?
Are you unfold to "newbie" jump start resembling when first lifting weights?

I guess to some extent the answer to your give somebody the third degree depends on a few things - your age, your current health (are you fully heal?), and the length of your layoff from lifting.

My counsel would be to start out very slowly, and chief to the training level you be at before your injury impressively cautiously. I don't know what your injury be and if it was related to lifting, but the ultimate thing you want to do is re-injure your wager on.

i competed for awhile, but couldnt keep up that enthusiastic lifestyle, dont leap back contained by you will reinjure yourself , i started back by disciplining myself to glorious reps added sets and tons of water, read up on l glutamine, ialso find muscle memory lone gets you so far, i weigh 198 at my peak and benched 485, i ripped my rotor cuff completely rotten and had to bear extensive reconstructive surgery on my shoulder, ive since got wager on to benching 380 and i cannot get departed it, but to get backbone to that was a breeze, trust me next to higher reps and added sets your body will get hold of comfortable using those muscle groups again, dont waste your time and risked injury on big freight for 5 or so reps, thats to show off, you will gain 3 times faster doing greater reps i have changed my tune after working out for 20 years ive well-read, protein protein protein eat tons of it
