avoid exercises in which side bending towards your concave side is involved, instead do bending exercises towards your convexity. nick lot of care of your posture during sleeping, working etc.

No running or jogging...............and no substantial lifting. I had a 45 level angle and suffer from severe scoliosis. I had to draw from my lumber fused last yr. No fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
