Has anyone had anything similar to this ensue? Two years ago I twisted my neck too far around rolling over in bed to turn rotten my alarm and found myself in excruciating spasm with my collar "locked" into one position, tipped slightly to the side with my chin drawn in. Any twitch towards a verbs or sound brought more agony. I saw my university's health nurse directly and was told to rest it and apply bake. It took a week to recover the full array of motion and longer for it to feel completely flexible, but presently if I'm not careful when I look straight up (stargazing, shampooing my down, etc.), I occasionally feel a stabbing throbbing shoot through my neck, that go away completely in a few minutes. This happen again today, the first time in months. If anyone has have a similar injury caused by a twisting motion (not really a front-to-back whiplash injury), agree to me know what sort of treatment was given to you, and the results.
