I mostly feel the affliction when I am walking or if I have to extend my knees for anything. I have be working out quite frequently and havn't notice any pain. Then, closing night I be running some football drills in the school gym and after that on started feeling the backache on the outside of my knee. Anybody enjoy any idea what could be wrong?
