I was advise that is resembling bruising to the vein.
It took in the region of 6 months to completely disappear though.
Maybe get a GP to check it lately to be on safe side!

It is a small skin alarm . It is not harmfull but it need along time to disapearIt could be a few things, it could even be a blood clot, this is serious you really need to catch to your doctors and have it checked out. If it is a blood clot and it dislodges it could travel around your body and shutting up anywhere (your brain, your heart) This is a serious problem and you need to see the Dr ASAP it could be something or nought but it needs checking and soon!!!
