Help for Broken Ribs?

You can do what they will more than credible do for you at the clinic, get some surgical cartridge and wrap it around your rib cage, or you can use those pliable bandages. And some extra strength tylenol/alieve/ibrpofen. I enjoy a friend who used one of those "pain wraps" that steam up when applied to the skin when he broke his ribs and he swears by them now.
I don't think in attendance is much you can do for yourself except maybe appropriate some Aleve tonight. See your doctor in the morning.
Are you sure you havent punctured a lung or something? can you bind your ribcage up firmly so you have some support? the pain will be unbearable on inspiration but it is big for you to maintain angelic air entry into your lungs at this time.All you can do is hang about .it is very throbbing even if you only bruise your ribs because thats where on earth all your intercostal and subcostal muscles are that are in charge of your breathing;Couldnt you go and get to a hospital..you need to enjoy a chest xray.
knot on my shin, bruising,swollen& painful to totter. What do I do?
splint the site, as in hold a pillow firmly against your ribs when moving , especially when coughing. they don't do more than that for broken ribs either. no more rib belt. they'll do an xray to get sure your lung is ok. othere than than, pain meds splinting coughing adjectives breathing. its important to do those or youll possibly find yourself beside pnemonia in a few weeksSleep within a kind of sitting up postion.........approaching in a recliner. You really should find seen ASAP.... contained by case of any internal bleeding. If you can........shift to emergency room. It is going to hurt worse tomorrow.
