i don't think you can do that... but ortho-k does give support to...you wear them overnight and the next sunshine after you take them bad.. your vision improve... well..ortho-k really depends on how desperate your vision is...if it is that impossible.. i don't think you can do it...economically...you can ask your eye doctor...or see an orthokertolgist...
