Watch TV, but something that doesn't bear much concentration like sit-coms, or an weak familiar movie. Sometimes I read something pallid, not an involved novel, because I enjoy stayed up all dark reading because I was all-consumed surrounded by the plot. Sometimes, just soft, easy-listening music does the trick.

Then go sprawl down without covers on, as your body tempeture go down you will get drowsey and jump down asleep. Works for me.
