Since last few weeks I am unqualified to sleep?
I used to have terribly sound sleep for atleast 8 hours a sunshine.... but dont know what happened since 4-5 weeks that i dont achieve sleep when i go to bed, I remain awake the undamaged night and light of day, in daytime i have a feeling very languorous and feel approaching sleeping but soon i go to bed its duplicate.... one day i even took sleeping pill and i slept for 11 hours but from subsequent day again indistinguishable.... i tried changing my sleeping position, tried sleeping on floor even but did not work.... please support me.....

I just took a eight hour tylenol that expired December 2006. Is that bleak?
Do you have any added stress in your duration recently? If so, try dealing near that. Do you drink sodas, coffee or tea? Even the smallest amounts throughout the day can affect your sleep. As you get hold of older, your body doesn't metabolize caffeine as resourcefully. I don't recommend sleeping pills because even though they claim to be non addictive, you can get to a point to where on earth you can't sleep without them. I enjoy sleepless spells occasionally and I usually fall asleep listeniing to music, something soothing as you would expect. Good luck. I know how crappy that can be.

Maybe you should try taking a hot tub (bubbles if you prefer :) right before you progress to bed. The warm hose will relax your muscles and help you trip up asleep faster. I do it all the time and it really works. Try it. :o)
