well many doctors dance straight from school to the ER. Sadly satisfactory its the easiest place to find a job. It also provides them training for multiple situations. Most surgeons have ER duty early on within their careers.

Who else can't sleep?

Because sick those who need urgent and regularly critical care travel there?

I'm a nurse, and I really can't answer that question cuz nurses to most of the work anyhow. But nurses can't proclaim medications and conducting tests without the lay down from the doc. The nurse evaluates you, reports to the doc, then the doc evaluates you and advice meds or tests. Be tolerant with them, they are both overloaded and understaffed.

The quick and jammy reality of it is: that working in the Emergency Department is a central part of training for those in college to become physicians
and or specialists of certain types; such as; orthopedic. You will information that there are other doctors "on call" with contained by an Emergency Room. That is usually delegated by a practice of a "team" of doctors, taking their turn in the rotation for through their exceptional practice together. These are many scenario's that run place in that, the windy world called: the ER.
I hope this clarifies this you a bit.

They enjoy become adrenalin junkies from the internships- they are used to all the excitement and in attendance is no better place to be than the ER to "see it all" and be in the "glutinous of it".... highly stressful, outstandingly traumatic, better be good at high-speed second decisions and contained by my opinion, the best place to practice medicine--- after adjectives, look at all the shows that are staged contained by ER's and could we ever stop watching them?
