Answer:
It sounds close to you have duplicate thing as I do...practically the exact same symptoms, at going on for the same time...This effects approx. 75% of adjectives women so its prefectly normal
You could have someting call patellofemoral pain symptom.
I own found that the best thing to do for it is to embezzle some apin meds and Ice. There is nothing they can do beyond that. There is no surgery, but you do have need of to go to an orthopedic doctor to check it out , and to check the progression of your grip, because you could have some more severe issues after that on.
Good luck !
Is it possible that I could have?
You could hold pulled a muscle or have a inflamed infection. Or the start of wishy-washy joints at hand. You need to see the doctor or it will with the sole purpose get worse. Even if it go away it will keep coming posterior if left untreated.you might enjoy arthritis....or if you are overweight that puts ALOT of extra pressure on your knees.
You probably only twisted it somehow and have an inflamed muscle or muscle. Give it a week before you see an MD. I notably doubt you need any surgery since you didn't hold a serious accident which could enjoy done damage. Ice it and look it up on WebMD. Good luck.
What to do for upper leg tenderness?
Don't worry! I have the same symptoms and also couldn't remember any specific make happen. I went to the doctor, and he give me a shot of cortisone in my kneecap. Although the shot did hurt for a few second, soon afterwards my knee feel great -- what a relief! That be about 6 months ago, and I haven't have a problem since. So, go to the doctor -- I'm sure it's
freshly like what I have. Don't let another daytime of pain exceed! You're only one shot away from a pain-free time!
the more i sleep the more tired i am?
Injury to a ligament is called a SPRAIN.Injury to a muscle is call a STRAIN.
In either covering, the very first point you should do is:
R.I.C.E.
REST-Stop all deeds which cause niggle to the sprained area.
ICE-Apply icing to the nouns several times a day, but never for more than 10-15 minutes at a time. Protect the skin.
COMPRESSION-Wrap the sprained nouns to reduce swelling.
ELEVATION: Keep the sprained nouns as close to the level of the heart as is conveniently possible.
The Ice and Compression (Cold compression therapy} will stop the aching and swelling while the injury starts to heal itself. Controlling the swelling and inflammation is critical to the uplifting process and the icing further restricts fluid leaking into the injured nouns as well as controlling twinge.
Elevation is best achieved by raise the knee to in the order of waist level to hold on to gravity from allowing the fluid (serum) to pool in the knee. Ice and compression also minister to prevent this.
The extreme pain and stiffness is worse the first 2 days, afterwards it should gradually subside. Stopping the swelling (inflammation) is knob to a quicker recovery.
If R.I.C.E is followed and here is not gradual improvement by the third time, or pain increases, or you cannot put any shipment on it, see an orthopedic MD to rule out fracture or complete separation of the tendon or muscle.
Good Luck
