u could have a muscle spasm or an infection below you skin.
get a second opinon the doc doesnt nouns to bright if he thinks is a tatt thats 5yrs dated, you would have have a reaction straight away not 5yrs following.

Did the dr transmit you how many layer of skin there is? because the tattoo go into certain layer of the skin, the muscle is deep beyond those layer, so the tattoo couldn't had artificial the muscle. Like someone said here...get a second assessment. If is muscle related, then see a physical analyst or even a massage psychotherapist that can relieve the tension within that muscle or even get rid of the trigger points in that nouns.Good luck ^i^
