Ankle hurting....?

What plastic surgery would you seize if you got a free one?
You're putting strain on the muscles and tendons in your lower leg because of incorrect shoes when you put your foot and run. If you have flat foot the normal style you should pressure on your foot when you walk, namely from the heel, along the outside of the foot to the globe then the big toe, is artificial. Very few people own "normal" feet so the correct fitting of shoes, especially sneakers/jogging shoes is substantial. I have the different problem, I have a intensely high arch and if I dont wear the right sort of shoes I take the same strain as you describe, along with blisters and sore ankles. Go to a upright sports store or sports shoes store. I know over here Athletes Foot has a gadget with a pressure wipe to tell exactly how you are walking and where on earth you need extra support. I'm sure in that are stores there that do impossible to tell apart thing. They should know how to direct you towards the right sort of shoe. If you want a more detailed or indepth solution or the stores dont help, carry a referral to a podiatrist (foot doctor) from your GP and they can direct you to orthotics (inserts for your shoes) or other options. Hope that help
