Do eyeglasses relieve eye strain because my right eye is killing mee..and it looks wierd so I required to know if?

Glasses change the cut-out of light entering your eye, so that you can see it in focus. It make up for flaws in the geometry of your eyeball(s).
The "eye strain" that specs ease is that cause by you squinting to see things that are out-of-focus (squinting brings the insubstantial a bit more into focus, via a method that is too complex to step into here.)
The kind of eye strain that you're describing -- physical throbbing, change within appearance -- is not the kind of item you can solve with eyeglasses, and is likely a terrifically serious medical condition. Get yourself to an eye doctor right away, or you could lose that eye.

If your right eye hurts and it looks different than your left, it may be an infection or any other things that an eye doctor would know. I'd receive an appointment- you don't want to fool around with your eyesight.I have surgery and one on my incisions was around 4 inches. The stitches have ripped!!!!?
Yes! but anytime you hold pain, or loss of sight in your eye, you want to go to the doctor or ER immediately!
