What is wrong with my foot? I have horrible twinge on the outsides...?


So for the past couple of years (dunno why I've never tried to digit this out before) whenever I wear sneakers and do a lot of running, excersizing, etc, I other get this horrible, cramping stomach-ache on the outside of both my feet. The nouns is like from below the little toe, and it goes down a straight chain towards my heel. I'm wondering if it has anything to do next to the way that I stand and put pressure on my foot, because my bed slippers and other shoes that I wear always ruin up looking strange and leaning outwards. I've just now begun cheerleading and sometimes the niggle gets so fruitless that I have to run off my shoes and press my foot ...it's like a charlie horse. I also remember surrounded by ballet when I be younger, I'd be on demi-pointe and my teacher would other get on me for "sickling" (not puting immensity on all of my toes, but mostly the outside.)

Do you assume this has anything to do beside this? If so, what can I do? I can't keep stopping amid routines to massage the cramp.

See your shoe store or podiatrist to find out what type of arch your foot have. More than likely, you own the wrong kind of support surrounded by your running shoes and this would only do you pain during glorious impact activity.

This is one of those situations where on earth you really need to see a professional. I assume from your history that you are base in USA. Therefore I suggest you see a podiatrist, pedorthist or a reputable established local shoe shop that have a qualified shoe fitter. Anyone of these guys will be able to advocate you if your foot position is incorrect. naturally a pedorthist or podiatry will be more qualified. you may even consider seeing an orthopaedic specialist if you can afford it.
If you do hold a foot problem then atleast you will hold a diagnosis. Good luck.
