What should I do nearly my son's purple toe?
My three year old son dropped a relatively heavy toy train on his toe a few hours ago- he really scream and went on crying for a while and his toe-nail turned purple almost immedietely. He's be limping and since going to bed has be waking up clearly contained by considerable pain. I've given him calpol and he's settled for immediately. I'm not sure whether to take him to the Doctors tomorrow as I know toe injuries usually right themselves and I don't know wether or not to convey him to nursery and generally how seriously I should rob it. He won't let me put rime or anything on it, but I'm worried because the toe is starting to swell. Any advice...?

By the discoloration and the certainty that he is still having strain after a nap, it could be broke. You should run him to the doctor so they can do an xray to be sure. Try to force the ice, it will give support to with the swelling.
Is it possible to bring permanent trash to an arm by having it asleep for too long?
Because of his behavior, it severely well could be broken. I would catch him in to his doctor in recent times in valise.
I have a bruise on the side of my foot, please support?
Like you said, toe injuries have to treat themselves. Especially at his age. Try "buddy-taping" the toe for stabilization and force the ice if you can. Swelling is inevitable for children this age, b/c they won't stay still and elevate foot. Try your best. Good Luck.
PS if you estimate it may be the metatarsal, he needs to see the doc asap ( a podiatrist rather ) for xray and possible surgical intervention.
