sorry not decipherable with kentucky but within texas all children can seize free medical services .... it is a program called CHIPS...contact your form department and see if they have something similar
I would start near the Department of Health and Human Services, which every state probably has (?). If they don't hold info, (they probably do), maybe they can refer you to someone who does. Good luck.

How outdated is your son? Kentucky does not have a exceptionally good Mental Health system so knowing the age would be totally helpful. Depending on the county you live in, within are limited option open to you. If you are within the Louisville area within is Seven Counties and they will see you on a sliding scale. This covers Hardin, Breckinridge, Bullitt, Henry, Oldham, Jefferson and Shelby Counties. Out in the state here are other locations but without knowing exactly where on earth you are I can only point you in a standard direction (the state is divided into 7 regional mental health regions-you will requirement to contact the region that serves your area). Follow the link below for the state and find Community Mental Health centers. Select your county and see what is available in your nouns.Contact KYCAN. This is a group of mental health consumers lead by Doreen Mills, Ph.D. that actively advocate for mental strength rights in Frankfort. They are base at Central State Hospital. They have a pattern site and may be able to put you contained by touch with someone who can assist you contained by your efforts.
