Arthritis or tendonitis or something else?...Help!?


Doc says enjoy arthritis in lower rear but most of my pain is within and around the hip areas. Get severe muscle spasms (charlie horses) in hamstring muscles in pay for of thigh during the night. May be work related. Climb more or less 30 flights of stairs and walk a couple of miles a light of day as a prison guard. Pain got worse after a course of celebrex. Side effects be awful also. Pain does not seem to be contained by joint but more surrounded by muscles or tendons. Muscles in spinal column of legs very tight. Can no longer stretch them out short a lot of twinge. Am confused about what to do subsequent. Local radiologist thought pinched nerve contained by back but spine specialist said arthritis. Anyone else enjoy these kinds of symptoms?

Dehydration and potassium deficiency could be cause the charlie horses. I think you stipulation to speak with your doctor something like other anti-inflammatory drugs besides Celebrex. Also, a muslce relaxer such as flexeril or Valium. A course of physical therapy to back you stretch your muscles also sounds like a right idea. Ask to see a sport's tablets specialist of a physiatrist. Good luck.

Can you put those heat pack you microwave into a regular oven?

This might sound silly but I catch tendon, spinal column and muscle pain when I'm dried out. I now drink lots of fluid and cut down on dyeretics (if thats how to spell it) close to tea, coffee, coke, alcohol etc. I drink a frequently as opposed to profusely once or twice a day, if you know what I tight. I'm not a doctor but this works for me. I have also hear about fruitless posture causing adjectives sorts of muscle and back problems. Have you see a phsiotherapist?

Hi, I work on my feet and wander all sunshine too. I found that when I had this problem, (sounds basically like yours) I needed better shoes. I have amazing results just by trying SAS or other work shoes that supported my lower put money on and hips.
