No break, why the splint?

Yes you can take some motrin but subsequent time skip the tylenol as tylenol has no anti-inflammatory properties and is also immensely hard on your live. Stick to any Aspirin, ibuprofen (motrin) or naproxen. Those drugs all work much better than tylenol if you can transport them.

Help - I got no sleep end night and I'm have trouble staying awake at my desk!!!!!?

In general you can appropriate both medication together.
In your case (you are mentioning a "minor procedure") you enjoy to know that drugs like ibuprofen fade away clotting (platelet function) and can cause bleeding. I would recommend to minimize the ibuprofen and maximize the tylenol (stay below 3 grams a afternoon to avoid liver toxicity).

I am having stomach hurting problems everyday?

Yes you can alternate them every 3 hours. For cramps Motrin is better for you anyway. Ask the doc about Percocet
