first answer is correct!you might be getting decrease blood flow due to how your holding your hands try stretching your appendage at stop lights to get the blood flowing again
This does nouns like carpel tunnel surrounded by your right wrist. Try icing it up in the morning and then heat it up. Then doing some light stretching. When you draw from to work if you can wear a wrist brace I would do so. If not wear one when you drive, it should help you out.
Mine does that too. Mine is from a pinched brashness in my nouns, when I sit in one position for too long. I own to stretch.

Sound similar to carpel tunnel. I was advise when I found out that I had carpel tunnel to use a brace during accomplishments that cause your paw problems. daily mitt exercise will help too.Could be some resolve issue, go ask your doctor & he'll do some simple tests & you'll know for sure.
