well do one thing..........if u hav plenty of sun shine around ur nouns put ur pillow in the sun night light for how much ever sun light u hav.............and later use the pillow........and make sure u hav the right pillow at darkness.........some pillows are a cause for collar n back throbbing.........
but keepin the pillow under sun n using it is really influential........
