Reason for lower rear legs problems after three mile run?


I've been running almost every other daylight this week after not having run consistently for about a year. Everything be going fine and I was making gain but after my latest three mile run I begin experiencing some lower back dull pain when I arch my back backwards. Why would this come to pass after a run, how can I prevent it and how long would it take to turn away? I want to keep running if not I will lose the progressions I have made.

well your muscles entail to take things slow.... gradual if not you'll be in strain. after such long periods of sluggishness you cant turn into a marathon runner overnight
