What do I do while my tailbone is injured?
I have only basically recovered from a broken toe and had gotten final on the track team but in a minute I'm out again. We only enjoy 3 more meets disappeared and I want to run at least once this season.
And even if I don't run surrounded by the meets, I would approaching to keep surrounded by shape, although my injury limits the types of exercise I can do.
Can't do...

-lower body solidity lifting
-jumping
