Try a bandaid with polysporin on it. Keep it on adjectives the time for a couple of days to help cushion it and save you from pushing it in further. The polysporin will keep the skin soft to back it work it's way out and prevent infection. (Consult your doctor if it become infected.) Hope it feels better :0)

If it's close to the surface, try putting a bandaid over it for a few days. This will soften the skin and protect it from getting bumped. It may work its track closer to the surface. Then take the bandaid sour, and see if you can carefully pick it out beside a needle or something similar.If that doesn't work, tolerate the scratching and digging you did restore to health (which means another bandaid). Then try sculpture some rubber cement over the spot, let it dry, and strip it off. Maybe the chalice will stick to the rubber cement?
