Sleeping Troubles?

what is a good passageway to recover from a tonclectomy?
I will administer you a list of recommendation that will work providing you do not have a sleeping disorder, such as sleep apnea, which would require a sleep study to determine.
Go to sleep equal time each time and get up impossible to tell apart time each time no matter the mass or quality of sleep. It will be rough the first few days and you must verbs this routine on your days off.
Do not eat/drink caffeine inside 5-6 hours of going to bed (i.e. no caffeinated soda, no coffee even decaf, no chocolate, etc.).
Take a daily vitamin, drink plenty of hose, and exercise a little (even a 20 minute stride each evening will do the trick).
If you smoke, don't smoke or make smaller as much as you can the last 2-3 hours prior to going to bed.
The switch is getting into a rhythm and reducing stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine.
Good luck and may you be counting sheep soon, lol

Cut backbone on caffeine and try not to exert yourself too close to bedtime. You could try an over the counter sleep aid (make sure you follow the dosage on the label) and if that doesn't do the trick talk to your doc.
