Do you estimate I have a malpractice travel case?

I was surrounded by a car wreck on 1-19-07.I be treated at an E.R. for very discouraging chest pains and a badly hurt finger,so,I thought ,it be 3 times bigger than my other ones.I informed them it as well as my chest be hurting real fruitless. They did a few x-rays on my chest and nothing to my finger except half mode wipe it up from the blood. They stated that I was ok and would a short time ago be sore for a while. If I needed to ,follow up with the doctor on my release papers and sent me home next to 10 lortabs for pain that didn't assistance at all. So,thinking they know what they were chitchat about I wait 7 days to see if some of the pain would stop similar to they said, but needless to voice it didn't it just get worse.I then go to another E.R. and they ran experiment and said that I had a broken sternum and a broken finger and be admitted for more trialling and released the next time. But even though they could not do anything for a broken sternum was it not recklessness on the other E.R.?

Can I get 20-20 sight doing exersizes?

They told you to follow up with the doctor programmed on your release papers if you needed to, but you waited 7 days after your release formerly you even bothered to do anything about your condition that hadn't be getting any better. It seems you be somewhat negligent yourself and that wishes to be factored in.

So I took a Lunesta at 9:50 and it's 11:20 and I'm STILL not tired?

Get a advocate, he would be able to best counsel you on what to do.

What did they neglect??? They did exrays and I enjoy heard of several times when a broken bone doesn't show up at first!
They wouldn't of be able to do anything since the sternum have to heal on it's own!
