Arthritus, tendinitus, or carpal tunnel (sp)

It usually flares up after prolonged video gaming, typing, or writting. My wrist get sore and a touch swollen. My hands do not travel numb, but the pain sometimes shoots up into my fingers. It hurts to bend my wrist in any direction.Tensor bandage seem to oblige, as they keep my wrists from bending.
