How do i moderate the swelling in my pierced ear?

take the earring out and try cleaning it beside peroxide and put some triple antibiotic ointment on it.... if it doesn't acquire better or it gets worse you're going to own to go to the doc for it to be checked out. It sounds resembling it could be infected but it also could be an allergy to the metal... I'd give it a daylight or two to see if it improves but if it doesn't (and it probably won't) run see someone. If you get a confusion or chills, you need to be in motion to urgent care.

Use peroxide to clean it & later apply some neosoprin to the hole. Of course you will need to remove the earing first.
