Question more or less Baker's cyst?

The doc said to ice it, but rime seems to bring on a spazz & cramp. Is that supposed to come about? Trying not to go crazy next to ibuprophen because it aggravates the reflux. Experience only please, no copy/paste and ABSOLUTELY no Wiki

Braces! Help!!?

Had one on subsidise of my rt. knee........If ibuprofen is not helping try naporsin (Aleve) ..Mine finally resolved itself......Less affliction got used to it , but at hand are micro-surgeries that orthopedic docs use now that are smaller number invasive and really lessen the recovery time....Rest does work , near mild exercise.........

Would doctors be able to report to if you have a virus unforgettable from routine blood work?

I have a Baker's Cyst.
I have to ice on 10- 20 minutes and 20 sour.
I had to stay sour my feet for almost 6 months and lose 20 lbs up to that time the doctor would do anything.

it seems approaching doctors do a 6 month wait and see.
I still enjoy the cyst, but with rime, physical therapy, rest, and some Orthovisc injections, I own found relief.

Try the ibprofin beside food or Milk. It really helps.
save for narcotics, which dull the pain, they don't back reduce the swelling.

Your objective would be to rest that knee
Ice it, let your doctor know give or take a few your reactions.
*everyone react differently to icing.
rule of thumb.......if it hurts, or makes it worse, don't do it!

Once your knees swelling is down,
I would go to physical psychoanalysis to get the supporting muscles as strong as possible.

I've be dealing with this situation since nov 2000.
