Broken sacrum?
Answers:
Joint distress when lifting weights?
It depends on what you mean by 'broken'. Are any bones in truth fractured or broken? Is there soft tissue injury?
The sacrum is one of the most difficult things to have be injured, as it drastically affects what you can do physcially near your body.
I recently have an injury in my sacrum (in the muscle tissue that attaches to the sacrum). I found acupuncture helpful within pain nouns. I saw a chiropracter I know to be very accurate, and seeing him once a week for 2 months plus RESTING alot is what worked for me.
If you have broken/fractured bone: a combination of acupuncture, physical psychiatric help, massage, chiropracty and REST will be the best course of doings. And patience - it may pocket awhile, perhaps up to six months or more to treat properly.
Best of luck,
