How can i fix my abnormal sleep behaviour?


yeah so like a year ago i get this job on the graveyard shift. it moved out me w/ this habit of sleeping delayed!
now i gotta carry up early to jump to school, but i cant trip up asleep at an early time!
is within anything i can do to reverse this!

maybe stay up a full 24 hrs (or close to.. at what ever time you wanna shift to sleep) and then start from near?

I've been working on sleep schedule for over 30 years now.. Problem is I dont own one at all.. its messy.. Luckily I'm retired now so its not a big settlement really..

Take a thaw bath and drink milk past going to bed that would make you sleepy. You can read boring books too that road, your eyes gets tired and you'll touch sleepy eventually.

Do I have a brain tumour?

It may not nouns fun, but you can start winding down nearer and get yourself to bed by 9 pm or so. Basically forcing yourself to budge to sleep. Once you get within the habit of doing this, your body will start to receive back to a more "normal" sleep template.

Unlike the rest of us, who are awake on YouQA at 4 am!

I go to my doctor after I stopped working 3rd shift and he prescribed me sleeping medication. He told me to take it respectively night at equal time and to wake up at matching time each morning. If you do this your sleep agenda should be back on track surrounded by no time.
