A nice lady give me this tip years ago - put a little bleach within with a touch Palmolive dish detergent, add for a while water, next soak your fingertips in it for a few minutes. Presto! Dicoloration is gone! Be careful not to supply too much bleach or soak to long, or the bleach will discolor your fingers and cause flaking.
