Concussion?
But a couple folks have told me that my pupils are dialated (but my eyes other seem to look resembling that) and my head feel like; Idk it doesnt approaching hurt and Im not about to pass by out or anything but I feel lightheaded. I doubt its anything but I get alot of shots to my head, any loving of cuncussion or anything possible?

Go to the ER. You could have a simple concussion or a brain bleed/hematoma, which could snuff you. When your head is hit, your brain bounces around in your skull (he hits you, your brain hits the other side of the skull) This can cleave blood vessels, create bruising which left untreated will push on the brain and can basis all sorts of problems close to brain herniation (so much blood your brain is pushed through the hole in the base of your skull. You are usually unresponsive at this point. See a doctor. Only a complete exam will show neuro problems. Why are you still reading this???... There is a biddable chance you enjoy a concussion or even a contusion (a bruise on the brain) this can be a serious condition and I would go see a doctor ASAP. If you gain hit in the right spot on the side of the pave the way you can rupture arteries and veins cause bleeing into the brain. The only symptoms of this may be dizziness, headache, and the daze you described. In additon, if you own dilated putpils it is not a good sign. The pupils show a direct connect to your nervous system, specifically cranial nerves II and III. If you hold a friend with you try this. Have your friend hold their paw infront of your nose (like the Jaws fin) making a shield between your eyes. Next, hold them take a flashlight and shine it in one eye (the pupil in that eye should constrict), subsequent have your friend shine the frothy in like eye, but have them look at the contrasting pupil while shining the light (the in front of pupil should constrict as well). Lastly, have your friend hold their finger forward of your nose, you examine over their shoulder (don't stare, just look) after look at their finger. Your pupils should also constrict for this test. If any of these things are remarkable seek emergency assist immediately!!!! However, don't rely on these interview to tell you something is wrong, you should still aim medical help, any injury to the come first is dangerous.how do you know if you want stitches?
