You can treat the pain both inside and out. Take tylenol or ibuprofin, whichever you prefer.
You can use warm sweet oil (preferably) or mineral grease drops. Run the hot tap until it get as hot as possible. Fill a cup or bowl with sea and place bottle of oil surrounded by it long enough to thaw up. A small bottle takes just a minute or two, a large bottle of mineral grease can take up to ten, near a water amend at five minutes. Use a dropper to put enough grease in to grain it slide into the ear canal, usually five to ten drops. Plug ear beside a cotton ball torn within two. Leave cotton in place for at lowest possible 15 minutes.
Don't use ear drops designed to clean out ear wax!! If you enjoy an ear infection, it will burn like you won't believe. Oils melt and lubricate the ear canal.
Use a cloth pod filled beside uncooked rice for a heat pad. Put it surrounded by the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Check the heat first to prevent burns!! The rice will hold it's heat for relatively a while. It works best if you use the heating wad during the oil treatment and at bedtime. Just be sure not to drip asleep on the bag.

Some melt olive oil instilled in the ear help. Also, if you have a smooth stone, you can roast it up and hold in on your ear. It holds fry longer than a warm cloth. A bit of cotton surrounded by the ear helps too. Ibuprofen for the aching.
