It actually depends on how thoughtful the wound is and where it is what products you can use.

Those mentioned - aloe and tea tree are fine but not on an uncap wound where cell are attempting to regenerate.

Hydrogen peroxide is also not used as it if truth be told destroys new cell growth. Yes it does sustain with infection by literally drinking up dead cell, but it also damages the good cell underneath.

More information is needed to answer this question however at present wound effort professionals use something called hydrogels. This keep the wound bed moist and allows cells to grow into the gel.
