Well, I suppose they would evaluate and treat you, if it were a life-threatening emergency. Some hospitals can turn ethnic group away, but most are willing to work next to those without insurance.
But if it's an emergency, and you are "rushed" in attendance, then it won't concern. You'll get treated.
By LAW they own to fix you. If they don't to the best of their abilities you should sue!

In the US, they are required, by ruling, to treat you.depends on the situation. if its a duration or death situation afterwards they have to service you. if its not after they can deny service, its up to the hospital, its also upto the hospital to decide what is considered go or death

If you are rushed to the ER, you will see a triage nurse first. They don't ask you about insurance. They are more concerned in the order of your medical problem. If you are an emergent patient, you will be taken directly to an examining room. There is no course the doctor would know if you had insurance or not and it wouldn't business to the doctor as most ER doctors are not paid by the hospital they work within, rather an ER Group Corporation. If you are admit, then you would be asked give or take a few insurance, but you would be admitted regardless.
