yes. yoga is about relaxing and concentration and meditation. Any aggressive physical exercise close to jogging is not compatible back yoga, and you may not get the full benefits of yoga, your mind may send regrets to relax and remain agitated. Even after yoga you should not jog or do brawny physical exercises. Yog brings your body, mind and intuition in triad. Actually Yog is eightfold. If you are doing only asans it will become another exercise and here is no problem in it.
If you want to do Yog without hesitation after jogging you place Shavasan surrounded by between and then verbs further. If you are practicing Yog without lecturer then do some simple asans and mudra or kriya. It is ample.

no it is not.....if you are doing light yoga next it would be a good cool down for your body but if you are practising hatha yoga next it might be too taxing for your body...if you feel right then its fine....and it rocks that you run and do yoga!....
