ok, where i am, it is 4:08....AM!! i am have the hardest times falling asleep. i'm only 14, so i can't bring any pills or anything. i've tried everything. its not like i have too much pop, because i don't drink pop, only sea. i've read a book. I've even taken a hot shower. what should i do? i can never get to sleep, and when i do, i rouse up in the middle of the darkness anyway.

(btw not asking u to pluck the flowers as well). Go to supermart and purchase for it.
