If its because you sleep behind schedule, find ways to relax/rest during work, try to enjoy your work at times, articulate to your colleagues but also stay focus. To my knowledge, this type sleep comes when you have heavy lunch, or you might not slept properly at hours of darkness (with thinking something more than you could and not putting your brain on the proper rest).
So, you just want a deep sleep and enjoy to get completely energized by relaxing your brain cell.
Mediations helps greatly, where you can relax a bit at work. And at home try to clutch medium cold shower (head bath) and try to sleep resembling a baby, which help you when you wake up subsequent morning.
