This morning while laying within my bed (on my back) I was watching tv and suddenly get this pain beneath my left shoulder blade close to my spine. It feel like a cramp. But it anly hurts if I bend down or if i'm within the bed and try to sit up. I'm only 23 and never really have back pains beforehand except for when I was pregnant and that be 2 yrs ago. Could it be something serious? Please explaine what it could be. Only serious answers please. Thanks for your help.
