I am at work and I am falling asleep and I still have close to 3 more hours to go. What can I do to preserve myself awake? I went out to lunch and everytime that I get through at any time I get sleepy. I lately wanna go to bed and sleep can someone give support to me please...

in attendance are so many factor to this question: are you getting satisfactory deep sleep at darkness? what are you eating for breakfast and lunch? and are you exercising regularly? sleeping all right at night could depend on your mattress, or whether you grind your teeth, the amount of stress in your existence. what you are eating for breakfast and lunch could play a huge role. ingestion high sugar, smaller amount nutritious foods will make you sleepy every time. and lofty sugar doesn't mean sweets, it could anticipate white bread, enriched crackers, (like wheat thins) white pasta, that adjectives turn to sugar quickly surrounded by your body. they give you a sudden sugar rush high, and afterwards you have the crash afterwards, that make you very sleepy. ingestion a very nutritious breakfast, approaching an egg-white omelet and 100% whole wheat toast, or some oatmeal is a great route to start your day. and it won't provide you a sugar rush. same with lunch: enjoy a grilled chicken breast and salad with red wine vinegar and a moment or two olive oil, or a turkey sandwich on 100% complete wheat bread. stay away from coffee or cola to keep you awake.

Eat a lighter lunch beside raw fruits and vegetables and you could try an animation drink if you are not sensitive to caffeine.

I know that this sounds totally bizarre, but it cause's an increase in blood flow to your finger tips and simulates the nerves helping you to stay awake.

coffee. as long as it doesn't keep you up at dark, it's ok to have a cup surrounded by the afternoon. and try eating a lighter lunch if you can (you might be already). That path, you can have a pick-me-up snack when you start to perceive sleep (apple and peanut butter is a good one).

Or try getting up from your desk and walking around a bit. clutch some deep breaths (even better to travel outside and let the fresh nouns wake you - especially if it's cold nouns!)
