How can I Sleep better?


I have have a hard time sleeping, and I stipulation the sleep b/c I haven't been hunch very ably.....I tried going to sleep earlier, it didn't come across to work for me. I've tried milk, but sometimes it doesn't work for me...i usually don't watch tv or anything b4 bed.. I usually read though in the past bed...
Please help me!

First item, before trying drugs, is to see what's cause this. Are you stressed out over something? Are you currently on any medications? If you are taking nap during the day, you inevitability to stop b/c it can ruin your sleep cycle. Alcohol can also ruin your sleep cycle. Are you exercising? If you have a run of the mill diet and exercise routine, aren't taking any medications or alcohol, and it's not from stress, afterwards see a doctor to get a sleeping pill. If your insomnia is due to an underlying problem, consequently fixing that problem is the first step.
