If I siesta for a couple hours, can I include that nap contained by my "total sleep/ideal 8 hours?"?
it depends on what bone it is and if it affects function. a crooked finger is no big deal but a wrist that doesn't move correctly is. i have never hear of a dr actually breaking the bone to fix it so don't verbs about that. if the bone is distinctly out of place and is not heal it needs to be set correctly. see a dr any way to assure you can use the broken nouns for the rest of your life instead of getting arthritis or something.
Is tanning doomed to failure for you? like tanning in a bed?
they probaly wony necessitate to break your bone... you probaly just have need of therapy...it honestly depends on which bone you broke. my friend be told that her ankle was sprained when it broke and they said that if it didnt make well perfectly they woulda have to re-brake it. but it honestly depends on which bone you broke, u might just call for therapy but if its approaching ur ankle they jsut might have to re-brake it.
Best remedy for stinging canker/cold sores?
that depends on which bone, and how wrongly it healed.even if it did restore to health wrong, usually they put some kind of brace on it to straighten it out. i own never heared of people wilfully breaking bones, except in nosejobs and such.
