What should I do for my pulled hamstring and how did I even capture it?


I recently heal my hamstring on the right leg from a sports injury, (although still acts up after running) but immediately my left one is slaughter me. I haven't done any sports related things in four days and it just occured today. I haven't done anything out of the tedious that would disturb my leg.

sometimes protecting one side may generate the other side bad, I would try some rest, leg elevtation, melt packs tec alongwith mitrin or tylenol. If these things don't give support to then I would consider physical psychotherapy througha doctor and otherwise further workup if and as needed, good luck
