Help! I have a knees locking problem but my MRI was run of the mill this is serious! no stupid answers please.?
Answers:
I have this aching underneath my right shoulderblade...?
My sister had this problem since she be 10 yo. eventually she outgrew it. are you able to unlock it yourself or shift to the er?? see a good sports med dr to see if here is a exercise regiment that would strengthen the muscles in your knees and help prevent the locking. moral luck.
Anyone know what the problem is...?
Uwill need a knees replacement.I would check with a Chiropractor. Maybe adjectives you need is an alignment of your knees. With a normal MRI, I would try chiropractic.
an MRI may not reveal soft tissue issues resembling cartilage degradation. I know that my knees locks up sometimes after I had rheumatic disorientation.
It could be from a lack of synovial fluids.
You could also own ligament problems where they are underprovided enough sulfates (chondrotian or dermatan) and they are not as flexible as you have need of.
If you are really worried I'd suggest speaking with an orthopedic specialist however if it just happens occasionally later I wouldn't worry too much right very soon...you can try taking chondrotian sulfate pills to boost the level contained by your cartilage but I'm not sure how well that would work.
hope that help a little
