Spider bite?

This "bump" could be any number of things: a skin infection, a blister, a rash, cancer, an allergic spontaneous effect, or a bite.
One thing I can share you for certain is that regardless of what it is or what bit you, it isn't a medical emergency. If you want to agenda a doctor's appointment to see the bump and decide what to do going on for it, it would allay any fears or questions that you own about its origins.
Otherwise, I seriously doubt you are in any solid danger considering that it have lasted 4-5 days lacking incident. The majority of recorded cases of bites from recluse, black widows, etc. are non-lethal encounters. Generally, the bites give up small scars that can be semi-repaired near plastic surgery, if it's significant. Four to five days after the fact, the doctor wouldn't be capable of do much with a spider bite.
What to do around it is up to you.
if it be a black widow you could be dead right in a minute
If cartilage is injured why does it take longer to restore to health than say if the bone be broken?
Is there two bits inside cm of each other? Four or five days if it be a recluse or a widow you would know it by now!! We enjoy these and the kids freak out when they see them and I take aid of them. One of my sons was bit by a spider and the bite swelled in the region of five six inches, it was similar to a huge zit. The doctors gave me a pill to provide to him and one day it burst sympathetic. Really sick!
Put alcohol on it. Keep it clean. After shave lotion will purloin away the itch. The two holes is how one can tell it is a spider, similar to a vampire bite you see on TV.

It could have be a brown recluse: I've see pictures of their bites, and they look like you've described.
