My husband has be out of work for a little over a year , he is on deeply strong pain meds and will be have back surgery. He also have an aortic aneurysm and a few other things. He has see a medical doctor and three orto doctors who all vote that he , even with surgery will not work again. He get a small disability check thru his employer. However , when he applied for Social Security he was denied. According to the notification, although is is deemed disabled by his physicians, in attendance team of medical professionals have determined he is not disabled. Are they telling me that 4 awfully fine doctors are wrong. And their team of professionals consists of nurses and physicians assistants. We very soon have a legal representative who says it is a waiting winter sport. They do this to push people to bestow up and go fund to work or hope that the terminally ill will die until that time they have to wages out. This is so wrong. My husband has worked 40 years and never asked for oblige, he has rewarded for this benefit many years. Any thoughts?

I think its adjectives that they knock people spinal column, but I believe you can appeal their decision, if you grain they have not treated your hubby correctly, or not read his medical reports etc correctly.Seek support from a lawyer who deal with Social Security issues.
