Why did i sleep so long?


im used to going to bed at one or two in the morning and last dark i suddenly felt really tired after my shower, i laid down at 8 pm and slept for 12 hours. ive be really stressed out cuzz of school, could this be why?
also im still terrifically tired i could have slept more.. but i own homework i need to do

adults teenagers and kids obligation 8 hours a night.... you are hurting yourself getting smaller number than that every night, obtain at least 8, nine would be better

You slept so long because you be tired. And yes it is possible that your body was stressed out so you slept long.

I estimate just something in the body have been prolonged over used. I don`t know what is it, simply know it is a part from the waist. Get your doctor`s direction and you`ll be fine.
