there is such a entity called chronic dull pain... it's permanent spasm... [ever heard of chronic headache?].. your best bet is to talk to your doctor.. enjoy him run some tests.. to find out what is truly going on.. it could be something highly serious... but then again it could be nought but stress... and don't forget... it doesn't hurt to question your doctor.... if you doubt what he's relating you.. get a second and possibly a third opinion...

Mine be from my wisdom teeth coming in. I also just this minute had a friend that after abundant tests and the drs aphorism it was probably a tumor found out he have a cavity that had cause an infection into his jaw. He never even have pain contained by his teeth or jaw. I'd budge see a dentist and see if you're having an issue next to your teeth. Also if you are stressed you might be grinding your teeth. ( I did that while my husband was deployed and as soon as he get off the plane my headache stopped!)
